Artist/Tech Quote:

"Man, I'm ALWAYS changing my mind about guitars and gear - I never use the same setup. I have three different rigs out there that have different guitars, pedals and amps in them. This is just a nice little snapshot of what I use." - Brent Hinds

Drop D down a whole step would be C G C F A D, right? On which strings exactly does he have a single string on the 12-string guitar?

    2. GuitarGeek GuitarGeek says:

I guess you could call it drop C too :) Brent has only one string on the C and G Strings of the First Act 12.

On the Gibson gold top, is that the same gold top hes had for a while now but with a Bigsby added? It used to have some sort of trinket mounted below the stop tailpiece if its the one Im thinking of. If it is the same one, do you know if it was installed directly to the guitar or if he used a vibromate? I thought i saw a vibromate under the Bigsby on a Gibson (or two) that he was playing in the videos of the recording of the new album.
