It looks to be in great shape, but I think I'm going to try to build a clone. The man speaks the truth about the scarcity of certain gear in Wisconsin. There's always tons of crappy used gear available, but nice stuff doesn't come around too often. When it does, it's expensive unless the person doesn't know what they've got or they really need the money.
