Yeah, the Barber Tone Press is definitely Dave's main comp for clean tapping. I do not know what the CS-3 is for. Maybe for the little solo in Hooray, or the tap-fest in The Fix. Of course, it might just be a backup for the Barber.
I'd also like to know how often he uses the GE-7. I know it's just there for slight vol boost, but we have way of knowing how often it actually comes into play, considering a lot of Jake's parts are quieter anyway.
And there of course is the RC-2, which continually throws all of us off. At first some one thought it was the whammy scrolling intro to Burying Luck; proved false. Then some one thought it was the slide riff in Dr. L'ling; also proved false. He must just be messing with us. (unless...Lotus?)
I thought the same thing about Cory's board. Still shady, but we're getting there. I actually didn't have that pic in my original post, but found it on Flickr soon after, and just had to include it.
It looks like Jake has added a nano Small Clone in addition to his nano Small Stone. I figure the chrous might be for Throwin' Shapes, and we already know the phaser is definitely for Burying Luck, among others on PoI. It seems Jake has settled back on the BBE Green Screamer for od. I know he went back to his TS9 for a little while.
