I've been asked to come up with some ideas regarding simple music making using technology. Music therapy really. I thought I'd ask you guys and take the credit

Seriously though something along the lines of the KAOSSILATOR or KAOSS mini Pad. Or theramin. The idea being that anyone young or old can poke, prod or attack a piece of gear and create music. It's quite an exciting project, I just want to get the best stuff.

I've also been trying to come up with a cheapish way of quickly recording samples and then recalling them on a pad console.

Any ideas?
