Most older Fender humbuckers are two wires. The modern Fender humbuckers in the current deluxe models are four wires, but you'll notice that all the wiring diagrams for these models on the Fender site use superswitches to take advantage of the coil splits. Four wire humbuckers can be wired as a two wire pickup by tying two of the wires together (which colors depend on the manufacturer). I'm not familiar with Ibanez pickups but its likely the red coil split accomplishes the split by shorting one of the coils (four-wire splits usually do this by bypassing the coil). If you're not using it, it should be grounded (I believe).

I acn't be 100% sure because I've never worked with those Ibanez pickups. If I were you, I'd just wire one of them (the bridge) and see how that works first. Feel free to get other people's opinions, though.
