There are some issues that I could see being a problem. It's my favorite guitar, but it does work better with a mustang bridge instead of the jazzmaster bridge. Also, a lot of folks put buzz stops on them to keep the strings from falling out of the saddles. I also use 11s and I've been told that you have to use bigger than 10s on them... As well, if you buy a Jappanese one you MUST replace the pick-ups with at the very least Seymour Duncan
Antiquity pick-ups.
With all that said, it is without a doubt, to me, the best sounding guitar I've ever played.
