I got to play one... the response is very quick and smooth, it's not muddy at all... it's a very dark sounding amp, dark being, in this case, evil. A straight up metal amp in my opinion. Known for it's low end, and let me tell you this, palm mutes on this amp make your balls rattle... no joke. NOT a mid scooping amp it sounds great with the mids up there, generally worth the money.
