Help with some feedback

What up all,

I have quite a complex yet amazing rig that I love the sound of but am having one major problem with, feedback. To start I have guitars loaded with EMG-81s (active pickups) my signal goes into a boss compressor (I'll explain the use of this in a bit) then to a boss phaser, ibanez chorus, ibanez delay, and boss tuner, the signal is then sent to my rack which at the moment includes a 31 band graphic eq then a noise suppressor. Also in the rack I have a preamp that feeds into my fx loop of my amp just for my clean tone. Amp is a mesa dual recto modified with some tube upgrades and components to give me a more articulate tone as well as more high end which was lacking to me. The tubes are now el-34s instead of the stock 6L6 and I have high gain preamp tubes. Yes the tone is where I would like however I have a major problem now with feedback. I have to run the noise suppressor very very high to get rid of this and use the compressor to add more of my sustain. So basically I counter acted the feedback problem however this is still something I would like to fix it feedbacks more than it really should and this was true also with the 6L6 tubes so I don't think that the tubes are my problem. I do run my gain pretty high only because of the sound I go for but still it feeds back when I back off my gain as well leaving me having to stand a very good distance away from my amp or back down on the volume. I know there is a lot here that can cause this problem and I have a lot of stuff in my rig that can complicate this but any advice you can give to help would rock. Thanks
