I would suggest getting this vintage bad boy off of ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...726549453&rd=1
Also, the 30 watt Oranges would be plenty loud enough especially if you only want to use them for overdriven sounds. They are loud, but just don't have much headroom (like a Vox AC30). Really, since you plan on using your Fender for your cleans, I would probably get a vintage Orange off of ebay. I got the twin channel so that I would have the option of using one channel of my Orange for cleans. This was pre Fender Twin for me.

Well I have about $950 to spend as of now. I also have a JCM900 head, a Fender Cyber-Deluxe, an Ampeg SVT Classic bass head, and a Fender Jazzmaster waiting to be sold, which should bring in lots more moolah for me.
I found that Orange cabs were pretty expensive, so I planned on using an Orange head with my 1960A 4x12. But then someone told me it would sound like garbage through it and that I needed something better for the Orange. I thought it would just be too much money used and that maybe it wouldn't be such a good idea.
Also, I still fear that 30 watts wouldn't be enough, and that I might not get the desired sound out of it. The AD140 is just way out of my range as of now, so i'd definitley have to go with the 30 watter.
I don't know, what do you suggest? They haven't been turning up on eBay as much as I'd hoped.
