I had a Vox V847 that was modified by Robert Keeley. Made a good sounding wah better with the vocal mod he did to the potentiometer. Plus, he added true bypass and a DC Jack. Pretty good stuff, but I don't think its what you're looking for.
I had a Fulltone Clyde (wish I wouldn't have gotten rid of it) for a time. Great sounding wah, with a bit of a longer sweep. No bells and whistles...The tone and sweet spot are nice, and I thought it played well with humbuckers, though I believe it was designed primarily with single coils in mind. The Deluxe is pretty killer, but pricey (over $200).
I tried a Budda Budda wah...not bad. A little more midrange and treble than the Fulltone; I thought the Keeley modified Vox V847 sounded better...but its a cool purple !
I have a Teese Wizard. It has everything you needed except a knob to control the amount of boost given to the signal when the wah is engaged. But the sweep is sick, and the tone is "to die for". Maybe the RMC2 is what you really wnat/need. Geoffrey Teese is a smart guy.
FYI - when I was trying out wahs I was able to A/B the Teese and Fulltone Clyde Deluxe. The Wizard had a much fuller and richer voicing than the Fulltone....but the Fultone is pretty damn good !
