i wasn't saying that the amp wouldn't "sound good" or "be loud enough" - i was simply stating that if you NEED clean headroom, 30W *might not* be enough ...

if you NEED clean headroom that you can 'crank @ home' 30W or 50W won't make much difference ... now to push the amp into overdrive, well, that's a different story ...
