Well, to its credit, the POG will be able to do organ sounds better than the PS-5. The PS-5 does octaves just fine, but it lacks the multitimbrality that your typical drawbar organ has.

If you've ever sat down at a drawbar organ before, you'll notice that the drawbars have a similar effect to what the octave faders on the POG do; they both provide a tweakable octave reproduction at variable volume levels, which lets you tailor your own mix and get a very pleasing harmonic response.

I must concede, for the purposes of organ sounds the POG has them all beat, hands down. This whole time I thought we were chewing the fat about octave sounds. I neglected to think of the infamous "organ" sound the POG reproduces. For that purpose, I think you'll find it's much more versatile than the PS-5.

If you have a 'vibe' pedal of any kind, put it after the POG to get a rockin' organ-plus-leslie sound that will rock your nuts off.
