Arrangements Made Easy?!

I know this has been done before and I myself have even posted this a couple of times. Here I go again and hopefully it ain't on my own,....

I have a Marshall head with an FX loop.
I'm using a
Dunlop Dimebag Wah
MXR Zakk Wylde OverDrive
Boss GE-7 EQ
Boss DD-5 Digital Delay
Boss BF-3 Flanger
Boss PH-3 Phase Shifter
Boss CE-20 Chorus Ensemble
Digitech Whammy Pedal

I have never had all of them hooked up all at once but I'm building a pedal board and wanted to have all of them together for the "in case of". I use the CE-20 almost always, DD-5 occasionally, and the wah almost every other solo. The rest are plugged in when I felt like using them, albeit rarely, if that helps. The MXR OD and GE-7 EQ are being used to push me above the mix for lead work.

I'd like to know the ideas on best configuration to cut down on noise/humming/hissing/buzzing. Or if I should ADD anything to help in addition to running them in a certain order.
