That does not come cheap. Think of this thing as a DD-6's tap tempo meets a DMM and it give you a idea of the cost involved in it.

What about for companies like Ibanez/Maxon or Boss or other producers of mass quantities?
Cost per unit would be much less than boutique builders for their delays (analog or digital, even), but they are still priced nearly as high.
Up here pretty much any half decent delay is over $200.
(excepting the DE-7 which I am so glad for...and have to pick one up...before they go up in price)
