jeffnar is an unknown quantity at this point
king crimson
rush
tool/APC
genesis (the gabriel years), UK, zappa, early yes, dixie dregs
some of the fusion bands and classical composers like stravinsky

you can also find it in some unlikely (non-math rock) places on pop/rock radio:
pixies/breeders actually have some stuff in 6/4, 10/4, etc
peter gabriel's first 2 singles were in 7 (solisbury hill) and 5 (DIY)
beatles-all you need is love, 7/4
one of the Car's singles is 5/4
grateful dead-Estimated Prophet is a wonderful loping 7/4
brubeck's Take Five

i guess the biggest thing about odd-metered stuff is making it sound organic, not forced (ie-"all you need is love" vs. say, dixie dregs), huh?
