I'm going High Gain and dropping the Ampeg.
Nykicksazz1, BLSMaggot_13, and Slinky Man are right. The Ampeg is not really a good natural high gain amp and I should go for a high gain amp. I've played the Ampeg one more time and the distortion on it is starting to not sound so good. It's a really clean amp and that's about the only good about. Unless you want a little dirt. So what I'm saying is, YOU WHERE RIGHT AND I WAS WRONG.
So, with that out of the way, I'm most likey am going to bid on a Mesa/Boogie Tremoveb (Item #:7366986515 and with the help of my Mom). I've been using the Mesa/Boogie setting on my Digitech because of the distortion it gives. I've not changed that amp setting yet because of the harsh distortion it gives. So, I have the money for it and hopfully I can stop the Ampeg payment get my $300 back. I'm very happy about my choice now and I don't thing I'll be going back.
