My soon to be Tele (what finish?)

Actually, it's going to be an Esqire from parts.

The idea is to make a guitar for loud, extreme rock/noise music.

It's going to be as follows.
Esquire/tele body.
Duncan Tele hot rails in a 6 saddle tele bridge.
Maple neck/fingerboard.
Vol/tone/3way switch as follows
1. pickup wired directly to jack bypassing controls
2. pickup with volume and tone
3. kill (pickup grounded)

On, and the vol will pull to tap the hot rail.

Now, my only question; how should I finish it? I'm doing it at home, so a nice high gloss finish is out. I'm thinking flat olive drab green with a black or white pickguard. Also at my work they have a lot of safety stickers like this:

I was thinking of covering it in those and clearcoating it.

Thoughts?
