About the power and so..... Just buy a dencent flightcase and build a pedalboard into that. I just got a Showmaster 48 flightcase that is big and sturdy enough to house all my pedals.
Because I build the pedalboard myself, I can leave space under the boards for excess power-cables. There is also a small box in the flightcase for the PSU
Output for a tuner is great and to my ears always needed.

I have a contact on a guy, that will build that pedalboard for me. I just wanted to gather some ideas before I ask him to make it.
Maybe the nice idea is that Ernie Ball volume pedal with tuner output.
I use instrument output, there is also mix output, but I do not think it makes any difference.
FX loop is the same like bypass loop, isn´t it?
