Hey.
Im relatively new to guitar and Im getting a Fender 70s reissue Strat for bday.
I tried out one in a shop and it had the Rosewood fingerboard.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Rosewood and Maple (apart from the fact rosewood is dark and maple is light :-p) as this guitar comes in the choice of both.
Is one easier to play than the other or is it the tone that is different? Soz im a total noob!
