Lead (the metal) in European Amps
After many months of agonising, decided to order a '59 bassman and my fellow band member decided to order a '65 reverb deluxe.
we went to the shop and the dewd told us that there is a 3 month wait for all new orders. (the stock we originally tried is all sold and has not been refreshed)
all fender amps need to be reworked to remove all lead components per a new european directive.
anyone else heard about this? sounds like I'm going to be waiting a while for my new amp.
