Go for a TS or a clone. The better choices are:

TS-9, TS-808, TS-9DX: These tree are de same with little variants.

Another cheap clones but good are:
-Digitech Bad Monkey. Sound very close to TS-9 and have high and low controls.
-Boss SD-1. Clone with asimetrical clipping, better for humbuckers, have more gain and is more fizzy, the favorite of Zack Wild and Randy Rhoads, and many others.
Ibanez TS-5. Is the same as TS-9 but in plastic case.

Are more clones, cheap and expensive. Try and choice the best for you.
