I ordered a Duncan TB4 from MusiciansFriend in early December, and
after I ordered it they realized they didn't have any in stock!
It took a couple of weeks, but I did get an e-mail from them apologizing for it being backordered during the Christmas time. They also gave me a coupon code for 10% off an order of $50+, and then I deleted the e-mail and lost the code...
Point it.. bad situation got made a little better with the code offering.
