i went a little further with my DIY pop-filter: i got a 4 or 6 inch embroidery hoop, sprap painted it black, then hung some thin black material in it. i trimmed the material so the slack is not all dangly. then i butchered one of those clamp on gooseneck flex lamps that i found in the trash. i basically just detached the light fixture part and attached the pop filter on. it looks and works great!
