Best Mesa Boogie Combo??

I am thinking bout getting a Mesa Combo Amp My budget is around 1000 USD what would you guys suggest in that price range here were my options

Maverick

Nomad

F-series

is it possible to get a lonestar at that price???

2x12 is nice but i can live with 1x12.My main goal is to get 3 channel amp or versatile distortion...

if there's one better than mesa i'd be open to hear it..

thx for you suggestions in advance.

I have a rect-o-verb, it's good if you play stuff with higher gain.

i played the lonestar 2x12 and almost died. i think it sounds amazing, and i tried it with lots of guitars. an es335, a les paul, a strat, a tele, all great sounding. i loved the sound of the 52 tele through the gain channel. oh man, tone heaven.

yeah, you should really shop around for a lonestar. i tried one the other day with an esp w/ emgs and with a es-335 and it was pure bliss. i was able to get a lot of sounds out of it too. i almost got the opeth crunch sound(could've with an od pedal) and i absolutely nailed john petrucci's clean sound. it was also a dream for bluesier stuff too.

Studio .22 of course! I owned a DC5 combo that I loved. Sold it for my Recto now.

The only three channel combos are the Mark III and IV. You should be able to score one in black tolex/grille for under a grand.

This is of course not counting the Notone... I mean Nomad.
