Clean Head
Looking for a head (not a combo) that speciallizes in cleans. What do you guys think? I'm thinking Fender or Vox (don't know specific models), but i'm on a budget so maybe a solid state marshall??
Suggestions? Thanks |

marshall?
john fruciante has a marshall major head modded form 100 to 200 watts. and it stays clean even when at super high volumes, you could always try a bass head couldn't you? but that might not be a good idea, to much bass.

Hiwatt. Hiwatts can go up to ear-bleeding volumes without breaking up. They stay clean forever. They also have a really really big and powerful sound so your clean tone won't get lost in the mix.

So your on a budget? Fender M-80, its one of those chorus amps. They were going pretty cheap on flea-bay awhile ago but now they are a abit more expensive for some reason.
