would $599 be a good buy for a lightly used mesa/boogie maverick head? also-what do they sound like ie. how much gain, etc? i was kind of thinking they would be sort of vox-ish.

i would say it is a good buy. the 4x10 and 2x12 combos seem to be going for 800 and 700 respectivly.
