unbalanced. speaker cables carry high enough voltage that any interference is masked, thus balancing is not nessearry.

i cant say that any company that ive ever seen makes one either.

speaking of speaker cable, what is the best gauge to use for guitar amps, and what brands do you guys prefer?

basically the bigger the gauge the better, but you don't have to go crazy.

as far as brands, i just use a standard Yorkville 2 conductor speaker cable. Probebly gonna get monster cable eventually though. I heard Monster cable can make a difference....its expensive though.

It's a speaker cable. You don't need to worry about interference as it's not going back into an amplifier.
