Zvex posted this (see below) on their Facebook, and said the small russian-looking (sickle and hammer) pedal is a SHO.

So that makes the following that I can make out:

Boss TU-2 Tuner (actually that could be a TU-3 by now)
Klon Centaur
Zvex SHO
Electro-Harmonix Holy Grail Plus
Boss TR-2 Tremolo
Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man

then there appears to be a True Bypass looper going to a:
Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble

and maybe another true bypass box? or a mute?


Anyway yeah, thats pretty much all of it.

Both Grail inputs are being used. Apparently the signals are coming from each of the black boxes.

As far as I know the Holy Grail Plus only has 1 input and 1 output?

I think you're just seeing the output of the SHO rubbing up against the Holy Grail Plus case.


Also I swear that 2nd mystery box looks just like a DOD 270 with an added jack:

The top one looks obviously custom, also if you look closely the outputs to the amp/wherever they go, are on the top right side of the board instead of the left. Additionally it looks (by the carpet) that this is a studio setup and not necessarily a live rig.
