Let's see. . . first, the easy part. The guitar is a Nashville Tele. From what I can see of the board, it looks like she's got a DigiTech JamMan, a POG, an Echo Park, a Boss Tuner, something that looks like it might be a Fuzz Factory and a couple other things I couldn't get a good look at. Also, the footswitch for her amp, which is some kind of blackface Fender (maybe a Twin), is on the board.

On her tour where she's been playing with a full band.

Here it goes: Boss TU-2 (tuner)>Boss OC-2 Octave Pedal>ZVEX Fuzz
Factory>Bodd BD-2 Blues Driver>Digitech Whammy Pitch
Shifter>Expression Pedal for MURF>Mooger Fooger MURF Filter
Pedal>Delay Expression Pedal>Mooger Fooger Analog Delay Pedal>Ernie
Ball Volume Pedal>Digitech Jam Man

I'm glad to hear geeks looking after here. I tried to spark some folks interest in her on here a while back and failed completely...

The flicker pic is better though....

Oooh, nice. Little bit of a different setup in those photos. There's a Blues Driver, a Moogerfooger Delay and MURF, I think, a Whammy, an EB volume pedal, a Moog EP-2 Expression Pedal, for the MURF or the delay, and I think the expression pedal up top is an older Moog expression pedal, so that's probably hooked up to whichever one the EP-2 isn't hooked up to. In the second picture, I also think I see a Boss RC-2 to her left, but it's not there in the first picture. Also, looks like the JamMan and amp footswitch got moved to the side with a couple other things I can't see very well, and the POG and the Echo Park are nowhere to be found. Also, I'm pretty positive that thing I thought was a Fuzz Factory is, in fact, a Fuzz Factory. Good photos, though. Thanks.

Edit: beaten again.

Seconded.

My favorite track is Paris Is Burning

Annie's a very interesting character. She's played with the Polyphonic Spree and learned guitar from her uncle Tuck Andress of Tuck & Patti the famous jazz duo.

Yeah, I'd heard of her, but I hadn't really bothered seeking out any of her stuff until you posted this. Thanks, I'm really digging it.

I think this girl has a very interesting taste in guitar tones, unafraid to mess with digitalized noise.

I saw her play on Jools Holland and I wanted to know what created those sounds, so I looked it up and saw that nothing has been posted about here in a while.

Her rig has changed quite a bit. She mostly plays an old Harmony Bobkat now, but you might still see her play a few different Fender models (jags, mustangs, teles).

An Italian website has already done a good job of identifying everything on her current pedalboard so I'll just link to that. It's a very neat rig, if you ask me.
You can view it HERE.

As for amps, she seemed to be playing a Fender Twin on Jools, but I've seen what looks like a Hot Rod in other recent footage.
