I use a Frantone Peachfuzz, and I'm really pretty happy with it, so I'll have to go with "Other"

PD7

I just bought the Ibanez PD7 and its great... its got loads of versatility; from light distortion to uber Fuzz it can do it all and its cheaper than most similar pedals.... The only bad thing is it is a bit noisy but is fine when playing or with low tone levels...But you may want a noise suppressor....

I had to go for other as I feel that the best bass OD I've ever used is a Roger Mayer Voodoobass. I've never ever heard a pedal that emulates natural tube overdrive so good. Turn the tone and gain up for some true bass fuzz! No other overdrive i've used keeps the low end as tight as this pedal. Probably my favourite pedal on my board. It's true bypass too.

BOB.

Unfortunately, it's been discontinued.

Hmm. It's been discontinued? I had heard that the distrubutor in the US wasn't reliable, but in the UK im sure that they're still being manufactured. I had e-mailed RM multiple times about a month ago about the specs of the voodoobass, but they never said anything about being discontinued.

I said Big Muff because I'm pretty sure Chris from Muse uses it on his bass. And his dirty bass tones are perfect, stuff like Hysteria.

Also, weezer used it pretty extensivly on Pinkerton.
