GFS Mean 90s Wiring

I will be putting a set of Mean 90s in my Epi Les Paul. Is it ok for me to use this Phat Cat wiring diagram? Wiring Diagram
Obviously the pickup wires are different but will all be well if I use this? Thanks ahead.
