GFS pickups

Does anyone have any experience with these they can share?

I'm looking at the alnico fatboys for my tele and the '59 PAFs for my Hondo Archtop.

Someone just asked about this yesterday. I asked about it about six months ago. Search for GFS or Guitar Fetish.

They're decent. I bought my Liverpools because they were $60 a set with gold covers. Anything else with gold covers was $200+. For that price difference, they're worth it. They're significantly better than the Korean or Chinese crap that came in the guitar.

I've got a pair of chrome Liverpools in my Epiphone Les Paul. They sound great and brighten up my Les Paul's sound which before was very muddy and dark sounding with the stock Samsungs. I love the tone of it now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They give you a very Gretsch/DeArmond like tone in a Les Paul.
