New amp----> change pickup?
hey
im gettin a framus cobra soon and, although i didnt try too extensively with experimenting, im wondering if i should use my emg 81's ir if theyd be overkill on such a high gain amp that i should use passive hz h4's. If i actually choose that hz passives are better suited for me would i have to replace my emg 81 with one or (according to emg's site, kinda) if i take out the 9V battery will that make the 81 become the hz h4? (but still say emg 81 obviously) and input will help thanks

1. Don't worry about it until you play it, and
2. If you find the EMGs to be too hot, turn down the volume on them. 3. The EMGs won't work worth sh*t without the battery.
