1. The heavy part of Christmas Steps by Mogwai
2. Mountains Made of Steam by ASMZ (suggested by our good friend fiveways)
3. Jed's Other Poem by Grandaddy (I'm really in love with that heavy guitar tone)

I've only just noticed those, I had the original version of Cryptic Writings, then it got stolen, so I got the re-issue ( the Spanish Version of Trust is great) and have it signed by "Megadeth" (read "Dave Mustaine's touring band"). Votrex is such a good song

Nice to see more metal fans around, no offence intended to the shoegazers/indiefolk, but I can't talk to them about metal.

First song you listed is one of the best Maiden have ever written, pretty awesome for a band that's been goin the best part of 30 years.

Edit: I know you've been a member for almost a year, but there seem to be few metal fans posting. Anyone else remember MikeWGA?

Creeping Death- Metallica (Just the bridge part at the end, though the whole song is great!)
Dirt on the Grave - Black Label Society

Okay, forget the 3 rule.

Crazy Train- Ozzy Osbourne
The Trooper- Iron Maiden
Wasted Years- Iron Maiden (mostly just the intro)
Fade to Black- Metallica
One- Metallica
A Room With a View- Death Angel
Black Sabbath- Black Sabbath
Hand of Doom- Black Sabbath

I can't list just three! Actually, lots of Metallica songs do it for me. I can't help but like metalica, at least anything up until And Justice For All. I love it!

Cornelious827- you posted two Iron Maiden songs, the 3 song rule is automatically waived

'Walk' - Pantera [of course]
'Shedding Skin' - Pantera
