I do like (and am very used to) the 2 ODs on my board, so I'm trying to figure out how I would like having just the one plus the DLS. If I can make it work in my band setting (mostly reggae), then I'll do the trade.

Hey man. Fair enough on the TS9. I'll leave it up to you whether you'd want it or not, but at this point, I think I'd be down for the temporary lending of the DLS. it would be sweet to try out! If it turns out I'm feeling it, I'd be happy to part with the rotomachine and some cash ($60). Unless you're really psyched on the TS9, I'd prefer to hold onto it. If this seems like an agreeable proposition, then feel free to send that little purple demon my way whenever is convenient for you.

On a side note, I figure if there are shipping costs to be incurred, you'd get hit sending it out to me, and when i return either it or the rotomachine, I'll get dinged then and we'll be even.

hey man. i've been thinking more about it, and the truth is that I wouldn't really be willing to part with my 808 at this point... it's pretty crucial for me in a lot of ways (not sure how you'd feel about a TS9 instead, but that I could be persuaded to part with). i would be down with trying the DLS, and if I find it's something I want, I'd give you the rotomachine plus some cash on my end (we can figure out what's fair on that, i'm sure) for it. or maybe work the TS9 in somehow... Is that coolies with you? also, I shall PM you my address right after this.
