To be honest, The wahs are probably the hardest to get velcroed. Maybe you and your dad could fashion just some wood blocks that would make the screws mount flush to the bottom of the wah and then velcro on that?

Nah, I tried fitting it into the XO sizes, but having to use the original PCBs is making it impossible to do. sorry, man. By the time you get the wah and the vox exp pedal, you'll be happy that the main system is in a super small box!
