I'm almost positive that Jones does not use a MT-2. He's got so much gain from the Diezel and the Mesa, I doubt he'd need it.

In an interview w/ GW, he says he uses an Ibanez delay, an Ibanez flanger, a Boss EQ, a 535Q wah...and I think that's it. Most of the other stuff's just rumors.

This is the info I have gathered over time on what they use. I think it's mostly correct.

Adam uses Silverburst 1978 Gibson Les Paul Customs, 3 Different Stacks (A vintage Marshall head: a non-master volume bass amp from 1976, a Mesa/Boogie Triple Rectifier, a Diezel 4h amp, Seymour Duncan Jeff Beck bridge position humbuckers. Ernie Ball, Slinky strings. Effects: Ibanez DDL Delay, Ibanez 10 series Flanger,Boss EQ, a Dunlop wah pedal, and an Epilady occasionally.

Adam has 2 rare 1979 Les Paul Customs with Green and Silver metallic bursts. They were discontinued by Gibson because of complaints that the metallic paints was giving the guitar an odd tone. He also uses a Natural finished LP Custom when playing "Prison Sex" live.

Justin uses Wal basses (which he fell for while recording "Ænima"),
cabinets by Mesa/Boogie (8 inch speakers), pre-amp by Demeter. Effects: ProCo Rat Boss BF-2 flanger, Boss ODB-3 overdrive, Sansamp Driver GT-2, Boss bass chorus, Boss DD-3 delay, Boss EH-3 enhancer, and a DigiTech Bass Whammy pedal, used occasionally (for example, at the beginnings of "Third Eye" and "Eulogy".)

This list of Danny's equipment comes from Modern Drummer Magazine

It is a womens electric shaver. The magnets in the motor in it react with the magnets in the pickups, thus making screaching noises and such.

Lots of people do things similar to this, Adam wasn't the first. Remote controles, and electric motors amound other things can all have interesting effects when put neer pickups.

True, i've seen quite a few guys using drills and the like. Last time I saw Tool for one song Maynard sang through a megaphone into the pickups of his steinberger for his vocal sound. I haven't seen that done before; megaphones yes but not into guitar pickups. Sounded really good as well.

If he'd have posted random data on The White Stripes, this question would have never come up.

That just makes me ill.
