Crybaby GCB-95 Whisper Issue

Hello, I recently have modded a Crybaby GCB-95 with a 3PDT True Bypass and I did the vocal mod with a 100k pot.

Everything seems to be fine and I really love the vocal mod, but when the pedal is on I get a whisper (wah) when I move the pedal. This happens when the volume is completely down on my guitar and is very loud when using any amount of distortion or overdrive.

Could it be that the wiring I used between the switch and the board isn't shielded well enough?

If not, what else could it be?
