Remote Tap Tempo switch?? (Memory Man w/Hazarai)

Hi-

I'm thinking of getting a Mem. Man with the Hazarai soon.

I really want to use a remote switch to do the tap tempo, though, so I can keep the pedal on my tabletop board but tap in the tempo with my foot while I play synth or tweak knobs and stuff.

Can I disconnect one of the stereo inputs or something and wire up a momentary/non-latching footswitch to the wires on the tap tempo switch?

My hands are busy but I still want to sample and tap!

Thanks, geeks. Love ya.

iaresee is on a distinguished road
IIRC the switch is just a non-latching, single pole switch. You could replace the switch with a TR jack and run a cable to any non-latching, single pole switch you want to use.
