I have a macbook and I don't know how to put my recorded music that is on logic express (and/or garage band) onto iTunes. Help please.

In logic express its called "Bouncing".

I know there's an feature that will automatically add it to your library in Logic 8 but I can't remember about 7.

I have logic express 8.
