adrien is an unknown quantity at this point
as a stone squad member I have to help you but I don't know if I can.
you have to take care about small stones, but the good thing is, in most cases you can repair them yourself (try that on a boss)
I was on tour and suddenly my stone wouldn't work either. no sound when on. I t turned out to be a broken welding inside, which was very easy to fix. so take a screwdriver, be careful and look for a loose connection. fix that switch thing too. good luck.

ps: I always have my small stone in the loop of a boss ls2, so I dont even step on it (and no volume drop either, even boost for solos). that's how much i love it!
