Thanks guys. I bought that Musicman off a real nice old blues man in Seattle. He even gave me a lesson. I have had only compliments on my tones since I got it. I love that Agile! All the solos on these tracks were done on it. I used the epi for everything else. Who knew a hollowbody was good for crushing tones?

I also used a Musicman RD and a Fender Princeton on these recordings.

We have a vinyl coming out this month, but you can download it here

The track, "Vultures" is my favorite.

Cool rig. Is the JCM 800 modified or stock?

Its stock. 2204 (50 watt Super Lead) from the 80's I believe. Tom Morello uses the same one I think. I have a feeling this amp has been stolen once in its life. Serial number has been taken off. Great versatile amps.

I like the sounds and tunes on your band's MySpace. Your guitar tone is really cool.

Thanks all! Most of the rhythm tone was done on a Musicman and an Epi Dot with a superdistortion pickup.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who uses a semi-hollow body for high gain stuff.

I dig that Agile, how much are those guitars normally?

Mine was about $220, but then I dropped A little under $200 on some Duncan JBs and 59's.

I stuff the hollow body with foam and it open up more options with gain. Sounds killer. Plus I love the look on other metal bands faces when i pull a hollowbody out. Shock.

I think what I like most about my semi-hollowbody is the feedback control I get. If I want some Hendrix-esque high gain controlled feedback, I can just whack it with my fist and it performs the task splendidly.

True, but at the volume I play at live, I can get bad feedback quickly if the F holes are open. You can actually feel the air coming out of the f holes and the top vibrating.

Musicman is a 9.5
Marshall is at 10
