When you go shopping for an analog delay, put the Wampler AnalogEcho at the top of your list. its really nice sounding. I'm going to get 2 if I can find somebody to take my Time Factor.

I just listened to some sound samples, and it sounds good. Thanks for the suggestion. Also update, I've been messing around with my board and the Java Boost and Fuzz Factory are getting taken off the board because of lack of space.

I forgot to mention I have an Ibanez SD-9, but it's been on loan to one of my friend's for over a year, so I forget I have it, but I really want it back now (I don't even remember why I loaned it away ), but hopefully I should have it back soon. Got it back

Nice rig!

I'd suggest an analog delay too and would heartliy recommend the MXR Carbon Copy.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm definitely adding an analog delay. My #1 choice is a DMM, but I gotta say that the Carbon Copy is #2, and the AnalogEcho is 3rd. Every time I listen to sound samples of a DMM, I just want to buy it more. They are quite expensive though, so I'm trying really hard to find a good deal on one.

Nice Rig-- you should upgrade your chorus. Perhaps a Retro Sonic, Fulltone Choralflange, or a TC Chorus would do the trick. Love it man... ROCK

Do it. The DMM is my all-time favorite pedal. Really, you won't be disappointed. And also, get it true-bypassed if you can. That really adds more positive sides to the pedal.

Thanks and ya I'm planning on upgrading to the Retro Sonic (or mabye the Choralflange, but I've looked into that less...so tell me about it). I've been trying to get one for months cheap on EvilBay, but I always lose at the last minute.

Are the new DMMs true bypass cuz I've heard those sound a little better and have less noise, so I would get one of those?

Thanks guys for the advice. My rig was/is in an intermediate state (I like it, but it's missing a few things), but now I have a plan for what I want to do with it, and then it will be totally awesome.

I'll tell you about the Choralflange ..
Personally, it's my favorite Chorus pedal. Honestly? I've never heard a chorus that's so deep and lies so well in the mix. I really love it combined with the DMM. So in your case, that would be just lovely! It is a very Dreampoppy tone though, but that's what I like. Also, I'm not really a flange kind of guy, but with this pedal it's really inviting, for me! I also love the fact that you can adjust the wideness of the chorus and the flange AND that you can adjust the volume. Making the chorus more wet gets it louder. I personally really like that, it kinda pushes my DMM into oscillation. But don't worry, the Choralflange has a little knob that can adjust the volume and keep your wetness, so you can tweak it highly.

See more about it here:

You mean the NEW NEW ones? The ones with different housing? I think they're TB, don't pin me down on it though. But I don't know if they're better than the older ones since I haven't heard them. Personally, I think the new housing is butt ugly. I'm sticking with my older one.

No not the new new ones...the ones with the old housing that have the adapter and not the built in power cord. Also, thanks for the info on the Choralflange. Both that and the Retro Sonic look sweet. I think I'm leaning towards the Retro Sonic because I'm a huge fan of Alex Lifeson and John Frusciante's chorus tones, and they used a CE-1, but the Choralflange looks nice because having chorus and flanger in one pedal would be nice.

No, I have that one and it wasn't true bypass .. until I made it so, thanks to Bernaduur.

The Retro Sonic Chorus sounds pretty cool but I'm still really happy with my Choralflange. As far as I can hear on a YouTube video I think the Choralflange owns it.

That's the one I'm going to get, so I'll need to have that mod done. What American companies do it (Analogman?)?

I think they both sound great. I really don't know which one to get, but I might be leaning towards the Choralflange now; I'm just not sure. What's a good price to pay for a Choralflange?

I don't know, mate. I know not up to date regarding U.S. companies.

Can you test them both out? If so, that would be ideal! And I payed around €250,- [Euro's] for the Choralflange.

i like your rig, but what do you use the MM-4 for? I can get a pretty good Lifeson sound on it, and its stock.
