List the 5 pedals you would choose to get the most versatile sound.
This is a new variant of all the other "choose x pedals thread"
because sometime i want to go minimalistic but retain the versatility! so here's my 5: *Line6 DL-4 *Fulltone Fulldrive 2 *Line6 FL-4 *Zvex Fuzz Factory *Guyatone Vintage Tremolo what would you choose? |

Big surprise, I'd vote for the four Line 6 pedals (the AM4 doesn't count, as it's stupid). I might throw in a Whammy for some pitch shifting, although I don't know that it's the most versatile pedal. I don't think I can claim an Eventide as "floor-mountable" though.
![]() EDIT: tommyboy27 posted while I was writing (and pretending to do work here ). It reminded me about wah, so I'm going:FM4 -> V-Wah -> MM4 -> DM4 -> DL4 Hooray for modelling (and yes, it sounds good).

Digitech GNX4
Yamaha Magic stomp One Custom Maneco: The custom maneco would run like this From the beginning: Boost Phaser Step Filter PT2399 Delay Reverb Duel 64 second loops, both hold based and tap tempo style, with full range pitchshifting and none pitchshifting time changes. Plus, have sample storage on it(yes, he is working on all these things) The, after the looper Phaser Step Filter Delay Reverb -This would all be in ONE HUGE ****ING BOX. Another Yamaha Magic Stomp Kaoss Pad That would do it for ANYTHING i can think of

I suppose that would be one solution. I like the way you think. For most versitile, I'd have to vote for all the Line 6 stompers, or maybe one of those Digitech or Boss floor multi-effect units. Other than that, right now I'm using; EB Jr Volume (on order, should be in soon), Ibanez TS-9, MXR Wylde OD Boss GE-7 Small Clone And I'm currently jonesing for a vibe pedal.....but that would make it 6 pedals...... ....ah, I never was very good at this game.
