There seems to be a whole lot of this:

" I can't believe you forgot queer obscure artist this, or this guy whos influenced music about as much as my fat old lazy dog...."

But there is one man who it seems has been left out, and its somewhat suprising because about half of you have his name right on your headstock... That's right, Les Paul.

I would think that maybe the developement of the solid body electric guitar or multi-track recording would be enough to get him on the list... I mean there can't be many artists already on there that don't use some kind of device that was developed by him...

The trouble with deceased artists is that it's tough getting reliable sources of info. Plus all that later beatles stuff was all studio so I'm sure it changed every session

All of these, with the exception of nirvana, fall under Metal or Rock genres. Please refer to the original post. We are only interested in covering pop, alternative or experimental music at this time.

I will add these to the metal list I am compiling!
