Farian is an unknown quantity at this point
for synths

i have a nord lead and i play mostly synths in my band and the nord doesnt have any built in effects.

i want a good light reverb. i dont need anything intense. i also wanna experiment with distortion on my synth. and maybe a nice delay.

i know alot about effects but does anyone have any siggestions for effects on keyboards?

like should i go with a fuzz or an overdrive and what would sound best on keys?

Holy grail should do you fine for reverb
as for disortion, I would try anything and every thing, though light overdrive sounds best.

wow i didnt know that!!! so then what sound produce by itself?

chek this:
reverb: danelectro mini dano serie
distortion: maybe a big muff
delay: definatelly a line6 DL-4, i bet self oscilation sounds crazy in keys

and i'd recommend you to try:
tremolo: the boss one should be fine, it sounds amazing on keys, light depth, medium/high rate, not too choppy in the wave
phaser: maybe a small stone, slow rate, not so slow though

and the chain could be:

phaser > distortion > reverb > delay > tremolo

hope it helps.
