can anyone suggest any guitar theory books

so ive been playing guitar for roughly 10 years all self taught. i was wondering if anyone could suggest any books that would help me better understand music theory. i cannot read sheet music and i have time to learn as much as i can. i tried a guitar teacher a few years ago but i didnt have the right teacher.

Well, the most common way for starting seems to be Berklee's “A Modern Method for Guitar”. That said, try different teachers until you find one you like. It makes a world of difference to have someone properly orienting you through it.

Good luck!

Selling BOSS FW-3. I live in Brazil, mind you, so prepare yourself for $30-ish for shipping and waiting. Local pickup available, along with beautiful beaches and cheap bitches.
