The complete gig rig.

Here's my latest amp. Mesa Mark IV rackmount. I got a great deal on this head that i couldn't pass up.
Cabinet art was done by Billy Corgan's brother Rick. www.be-unique.com

Here's my rack setup. I plan on taking the Digitech and BBE out then adding a T.C. Fireworx, ADA MP-2 and a switching system so i can switch preamps. I'd also like to add a rack wah later.

I recently sold all of my pedals besides my vintage Big Muff and Creamy Dreamer. There are also a few other guitars but these are the giggers.

Thanx
I'm trying to decide what to put on my next cab. I've been thinking about A Perfect Circle's 13th Step or Mer De Noms(Another Pumpkins cover would also be nice). People think i'm crazy to put other bands' albums on there but i want to show my inspirations.

I REALLY,really,Really like your guitars! And the rack will sound killer with the T.C. Why getting the ADA when you have the JMP? Your rig looks like you have learned a lot from the greats: Corgan,Iha,Howerdel. I would have the cover of LATERALUS on the new cab if I were you. Anyway..This rig is exceptional! I hope you have a midi controller for the rack.Do you?

I'm using a Lake Butler Mitigator right now. I love it. I do want to expand and get a Rocktron All Access soon.
The reason i want an ADA MP-2 is the solo tone. I want extremely gainy/mid heavy solo tones and i know for a fact that preamp will do it for me.

Wow! I knew your rack pretty well, as well as the wicked cab and the cutaway PRS, but I didn't realize you had those other gibsons. Damn. Awesome rig.

I think you should have Mer De Noms on the other cab, for a few reasons:
- 13th step would look weird with the girl: people would ask who it was
- people could think you are a 'trend follower' of APC with the 13th step cover and that your fav. APC song was W&P. I wouldn't, but some might... it'd be annoying.
- MDN has a cooler cover if you ask me.

Other than that, WICKED! And what are you doing with the BBE?

I'm not sure about the BBE. I might add it to my PA. I just bought a full setup(Worth 8k but i paid 2.8k) with 2 2x18s and 2 15s + 2 800 watt power amps, eqs, effects, board, lights and cables. I need a nice compressor before i add the BBE though. Would you be interested in it?

Spguitar, are you a member of the PRS Forums? I think I've seen your gear before there.

At the moment i'm using my Mark IV. I almost have it tweaked. The JMP-1 rig is the bigger sounding rig. It's just so massive sounding. I will never sell it. The Mark IV is the more cutting rig. It's a lot easier to take to shows.

Overall i like my JMP-1 > Strategy 500 way more. I spent a year tweaking it and it's perfect for me now.
