Thanks! (Blushing)

Sometimes, you get so used to your stuff that you end up taking it for granted and not appreciting it enough... I'm glad I've taken these pictures: you make me feel lucky!

The Rick is mint (I'm its first, and undoubtedly, its last owner), I play it a lot, but I'm careful with it. But the Paul is beaten to ****, I've been playing it for almost 16 years now (bought it used, my first “real” guitar). Most of the varnish is gone, the back of the neck has been stripped of its paint, sanded down by my hands and it will need a fret job in a couple of years... Oh, and its back is all covered up in stickers. The pu's on the Paul are not original, they're some really old vintage output Dimarzios that can be coil splited.

Tell me about the Mojo Fuzz. How much did you pay? Describe the fuzz.

Do you run both amps at once?

I don't use it anymore. I wouldn't mind trading it or selling it, but it's such a cheap small thing (but nice sounding) that I haven't bothered...

And yes, the taped Boss pedal is the modded e13 warp mod. I left a review of it on harmony central, in case you're interested.

About the Mojo Fuzz:

http://www.harmony-central.com/Effec...o_Fuzz-01.html

Mine is the third review from the top. I still stand by it, except that now I find it too bassy at times. Works better with single coils and the Traynor. My Keeley rat can do almost everything it can, except for the really wacked out broken speaker sounds and for sustain (with the Paul and the Traynor, the mojo can sustain for hours)... I don't use it that much since I got the e13 OS-2, which is better at crazy noise.

I occasionally use both amps. That's why I have a Morley a/b/y box. The Traynor is for dirty (it sounds close to a JTM 45, I **** you not!) and the ampeg for clean. It's a killer combination, but they're both loud as hell, and very heavy, so it's not very practical.

About the e13 warp mod:
My review
http://www.harmony-central.com/Effec...rp_Mod-01.html

My Boss OS-2 was the prototype for this mod.

Nice stuff man. I like the Traynor - tried one out years ago and loved it. If you haven't tried a Selmer Treble & Bass you really should, it's another amp that time has forgotten. I'm very envious of the Rick also. I had an opportunity to buy a 615 early last year but didn't because of a lack of job security at the time. You should definately hold onto yours. I consider Rickenbackers to be legacy instruments.

I'm in the process of making a board. Until now, whenever I've played out, I have taken my rat, the ernie ball and the dd-3 (ernie ball into rat into delay, my rock bottom rig).

The Traynor is an early model, it has 6L6 tubes (originally made for 7027A tubes) and a tube rectifier. It doesn't have the neat flip top, so you have to be a contortionist to open it. They're rare, I read somewhere that only about 300 of them were made (mine is # 263).
