I really like the musicman. Selectable wattage, bright switch, deep switch, etc., so it covers a lot of ground. It's also very pedal-friendly.

Very nice rig

What year is your tele custom? How do you like the Corsair?

You should post some photos

Thanks. The tele is just one of the MIM reissues. It's my first guitar, which I got as a gift back in 2001 (after I switched from bass). It's actually been giving me a lot of problems lately (tuning, buzzing, etc.).

The corsair is great, bigsbys are so much fun! Sounds awesome with tremolo, too.

I'll take some rig pictures soon, after I get J*Dizzle the photos I've been promising him.

Hey, thanks a lot. Actually, I like distortion and overdrive too. They all have their uses. I just couldn't think of a better name when I signed up here.

I like your avatar, by the way. My family used to live in europe when I was a kid, and Tintin comics were very popular where I went to school.

Talking

Update!

I was browsing the avatar speakers site today, and found exactly what I've been looking for in their overstock/ding/dent section: a 2x12 premier custom cab in green tolex, $54 off regular price! Hooray for bargains!

Being a stickler for looks, I've always wanted to get a cabinet that matched the color of my green JCM 800, so I called up dave, placed the order, and it should be arriving about a week from today.

Oh yeah, the speakers are both celestion G12H30's, which I've never actually played through. I know they have a well defined bottom-end, but that's about it. If anyone with experience could give me more info, I'd appreciate it.

Arrgh! No, my brother took his digital camera with him to the Mets game tonight! Hopefully I can keep it away from him long enough to get some up tommorow.

Hey, thanks. I believe it's from '99 (?), after Guild had reissued them.

The green JCM800/Avatar 212 cab combination looks awesome!

Your S-100 should sound amazing through the JCM-800
